Jennifer G. Straumins is Chairman of Maverick Performance Products’ Board of Directors.
Ms. Straumins served as the President of Calumet GP LLC, the General Partner of Calumet Specialty Products Partners LP, from January 2011 to October 2014 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from December 2009 to October 2014. Ms. Straumins also held the position of Executive Vice President of Calumet GP LLC from December 2009 until December 2012 and served as its Senior Vice President February 2007 until December 2009. From January 2006 to February 2007, Ms. Straumins served as Vice President of Investor Relations. Ms. Straumins served in various capacities in financial planning and economics for its predecessor from 2002 to 2006. Jennifer was a key executive member of the IPO team for Calumet Specialty Products Partners in 2006 and subsequently built the organization into a Fortune 500 company under her leadership. During her tenure, Calumet grew revenue from $430 million in 2003 to $5.8 billion in 2014. Jennifer’s team also closed on 12 strategic acquisitions totaling $2 billion in a 3-year period and managed a $2.6 billion budget for organic growth projects. Prior to joining Calumet Lubricants in 2002, Ms. Straumins held financial planning positions with Great Lakes Chemical Company and Exxon Chemical Company. Ms. Straumins received a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and her MBA from the University of Kansas.

J. Dusty Arnold
Dusty Arnold, Founder and Managing Director of Maverick Performance Products, has been surrounded by all aspects of the petrochemical industry since his childhood.
His father has over forty years of experience in the trade and was a key influence on Mr. Arnold’s decision to pursue a career in the industry. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northwestern State University, Dusty began his career with Calumet Specialty Products Partners in 2001 as a Technical Sales Representative for refined specialty products. In this position, he consistently demonstrated his ability to deliver and align customer’s needs with corporate vision and maintained a top position among his peer group. Due to his success, Mr. Arnold’s territory grew to nine states, covering the Southeastern U.S. In 2012, Dusty successfully transitioned from Technical Sales Representative to corporate Purchasing Director, managing a multibillion-dollar budget. As Purchasing Director, he led a project to create a corporate purchasing division and worked across business channels to coordinate corporate objectives. Dusty then held the position of VP of Strategic Sales Development at the end of his tenure with Calumet, which had by this time grown to a Fortune 500 company. In this role, Mr. Arnold focused on corporate relationships with key customers and suppliers to build long-term value through 360 degree partnerships. With more than 14 years of experience in specialty refining and finished lubricants, he fostered strategic corporate relationships from customers to suppliers alike. He has dedicated his career to partner customer needs with the desired outcome, utilizing not only company resources but also an extensive external network.

Shane A. Terry
Shane Terry serves as Managing Director of Maverick Performance Products.
Prior to joining Maverick's executive team, Mr. Terry held the position of Vice President Lubricant Sales for Calumet Specialty Products Partners, a Fortune 500 company. Shane joined Calumet in 2014 upon their acquisition of United Petroleum Company and the Quantum Lubricant brand. Mr. Terry founded United Petroleum Company and developed the Quantum Lubricant brand in 2011 and served as the company's President until the successful close of the transaction. Within his twenty-year career in the specialty petroleum segment, Shane served as President of North American Lubricants Company and spent 11 years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for C.L. Bryant, Inc., a large petroleum distributor based in the western U.S. Mr. Terry has established a track record of integrity, sales growth and financial success in the industry and is nationally recognized for innovative marketing concepts, brand development and building highly effective sales teams. Mr. Terry has been published in many industry periodicals including, National Oil & Lube News, Auto Service Operator, Fixed Ops Magazine and Professional Car Wash and Detail. He has served on many national distributor and major oil focus groups within his career and was honored to serve a 2-year term on the Board of Directors for the Automotive Oil Change Association (“AOCA”), which represents over 5,000 national fast lube facilities.
Shane A. Terry
Arnold L. Shugarman, Ph.D.
Arnold Shugarman is Technical Director for Maverick Performance Products.
Dr. Shugarman is an industry leading chemist with an extensive background in lubricant product development, product evaluation, client technical support, educational seminars, technical writing and project management. Arnold spent nineteen years with Unocal, Tosco and the 76 Lubricants brand as a technical executive. During his tenure, Dr. Shugarman was senior research chemist, supervisor for the engine oil and wax group, manager of lubricants technology and became senior scientist for the corporation. As Manager of Lubricant Technology, he established policies, direction, priorities and goals for a 23-person technology group with a $3 million budget in lubricant research and development and technical support. He has developed dozens of new lubricant products and was responsible for optimizing formulation of nearly 100 products per year; improving lubricant performance while maintaining or reducing manufacturing costs. He received commendation from Caterpillar, Inc. through one of these projects, developing a SAE 60 transmission fluid that saved millions a year in warranty repair costs and the technology continues to be used world-wide. Dr. Shugarman obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with high honors from California State University, Los Angeles, his Ph.D. in Chemistry from California Institute of Technology and Post-Doctoral Research Fellow from Stanford University. Arnold also earned certifications as a Certified Lubrication Specialist (Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers) and Industrial Lubrication Engineer.
Arnold L. Shugarman
Michael Goldman is the Director of Sales for Maverick Performance Products.
He began his career in the finished petroleum products industry shortly after graduating from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business with Honors in 2007. Michael was a key member of the senior management team that successfully launched United Petroleum Company and the Quantum Lubricant brand, serving as the Vice President of Sales from its inception in 2011 through its acquisition by Calumet Specialty Product Partners in 2014. Throughout his career, Michael has developed a reputation for building innovative marketing programs, leading successful sales teams, and always striving to exceed the expectations of clients. He most enjoys the relationships and partnerships he builds with customers every day. Michael believes that having success in business starts with focusing on how to make your customers successful first.
Director of Sales
Aaron Sanders is the Director of Sales, Powersports Division at Maverick Performance Products.
Aaron has over 17 years of experience in the Powersports industry, including over a decade in executive sales management in Powersports lubricants. In 2006, Mr. Sanders began his career in the lubricant industry with Repsol where he held the position of Sales Manager, managing all of their U.S. based Powersports business. In 2012, Aaron joined BelRay and was quickly promoted to National Sales Manager for the U.S. Powersports sales channel. He held that position through 2016 after joining Calumet Specilaity Products Partners through their acquisition of BelRay and transitioned to manage all Calumet branded and private label Powersports business in North America. His enthusiasm and knowledge of the Powersports segment combined with his experience and relationship building contributed to rapid sales growth in each position throughout his career. He also earned his certification as a Certified Lubrication Specialist (Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers). Aaron takes great pride in customer relationships with works hard to add value in every business partnership.
